We make each pair by hand from pearl foam (pearl cotton) with shaped synthetic feather elements. Small variations are normal because every pair is handmade.

Not at all! Our wings are designed with balance and comfort in mind. We use lightweight materials and a custom harness system to ensure you can wear them for hours—whether you’re at a con, on stage, or shooting outdoors.

Absolutely! We specialize in custom-made wings. You can choose your colors, shapes, textures—even LED lights or accessories. Just send us your concept or reference photos, and we’ll bring your vision to life.

We make each pair after you place your order, which usually takes about 3–7 days. Once your wings are shipped, delivery usually takes around 7–15 business days. We’ll send you tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

Because we make each pair specifically for your order, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a full, unedited unboxing video. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or solution at no cost to you.

Yes! Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping, so all of our motorized wings currently ship free. Tracking will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

The wings look amazing. They were so beautiful and totally added to my cosplay. The only issue I had wasn't with the seller but with my courier. The mechanism to make them move was damaged in transit which kept the wings from flapping. Again, not the sellers fault, just the post man.
The wings arrived but without the harness and motor. It took a few messages to get them to send them out.
I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Seraphim Wings. The product I received did not match the description and arrived incomplete. The assembly video they provided was for a completely different set of wings, making it confusing and unhelpful. The wings themselves are far too heavy for the support system included, and even additional reinforcement with hot glue could not keep them secure. The wings constantly sag, shift, and fall apart, making them unusable for performance. They were also folded poorly during shipping, leaving them misshapen upon arrival. For the price paid, the quality, construction, and customer support are unacceptable. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience. Save your time, money, and frustration and look elsewhere for wings that are actually functional and accurately represented.

The wings came in and are so beautiful! Sadly no harness came with the wings but thats not a big deal at all. The seller was so sweet and helped me out when I had an issue when it came with the shipping company. The seller was talking with me all through the process and was just so kind. I highly recommend these wings and will be purchasing more in the future from this shop! 10/10 service and product!
