Orders and Made-to-Order Production

All Angel Wings products are made to order. Product information, prices and availability are shown on the store when you place an order. We may contact you if information needed to fulfill an order is incomplete, or if an order cannot be accepted.

Because production begins specifically for your order, once production has begun we generally cannot offer voluntary cancellation, ordinary change-of-mind returns, or ordinary exchanges, except where required by applicable law. Our Refund Policy explains the options available for confirmed quality issues.

Shipping

Production time and shipping time are separate. Production typically takes approximately 3–7 days; after dispatch, delivery typically takes approximately 7–15 business days. Estimated shipping time does not include customs clearance or inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances reasonably outside our control, and we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date. General

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that apply in your country or region. Shopify provides the commerce platform that supports this store.
