Hi, I’m the maker behind Angel Wings — a handmade artist from Japan, and before I started making wings, I worked as a wedding photographer.
For years, I was behind the camera, capturing some of the most important moments in people’s lives. Somewhere along the way, that love for photography slowly turned into a love for creating the things that appeared in front of the camera.

I started out as a wedding photographer, spending my days capturing real emotions, tiny details, and once-in-a-lifetime moments.
Photography taught me how much a single detail can change an entire image — the light, the styling, the flowers, and especially the right prop.
But beautiful photography props were often expensive, fragile, and difficult to replace. Some looked wonderful for one shoot, but simply weren’t practical to use again and again.

The problem eventually pushed me to start making my own props.
At first, it was simply about creating pieces that looked beautiful on camera while being more practical to work with. I began experimenting with materials, shapes, textures, and the little details that make something feel special in a photograph.
What started as a practical solution slowly became something I genuinely loved creating.

Over time, I began photographing more cosplay and fantasy-inspired shoots, and that opened up a completely different creative world for me.
That’s when I fell in love with wings.
There was something about them that could completely transform a person the moment they put them on. They weren’t just props anymore — they became part of the character, the photograph, and the feeling of the moment.
So I started making wings myself, experimenting with their shape, movement, materials, and all the little details that make them feel alive.
That journey eventually became Angel Wings.
Today, every pair is still made by hand, with the same eye I once used behind the camera — thinking about how the wings move, how they catch the light, how they look from different angles, and most importantly, how they make you feel when you wear them.
Whether it’s for a photoshoot, cosplay, performance, wedding, party, or simply a dream you’ve had for a long time, I hope these wings can help turn that imagination into something real.
