Yes. Our wings and accessories are made to order. Production usually takes around 3–7 days before your order is ready to ship.

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after dispatch. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Customs, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Standard Shipping is $9.90 USD for orders under $100.

Orders of $100 USD or more receive free Standard Shipping.

Because our pieces are made to order, we generally cannot accept cancellations once production has begun, except where required by applicable law. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

We generally do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for made-to-order items once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Depending on the confirmed issue, we may offer a replacement, a remake, a partial refund for a minor issue, or a full refund where appropriate.

In most approved cases, no. We normally resolve confirmed issues without asking you to return the original item.
